Christian Education & Sunday School Director

Through the year, all children, ages 2 or 3 through high school, are invited to participate in Sunday School.
Classes will provide for Christian learning using Bible stories, art, music, etc.

Every Sunday, students will move to their classroom after the children’s sermon, and return to their family for Holy Communion. Sunday School also has special events at Christmas, Easter, etc. Parents, be sure St. Mark’s office has your best e-mail, so you and your children can be kept informed throughout the year.

Confirmation and First Communion schedules

Confirmation will meet every other Sunday, beginning on February 3, 11:30 am to 1:30 pm. The topics for this year will be The Lord’s Prayer and The Apostles’ Creed. These are the dates for the classes: February 3, 17, March 2, 16, 30, April 13, 27 and May 4.
The May 4 class will only be one hour long.

First Communion class is scheduled for Saturday, February 2, 9 am to Noon. The last 30 minutes will be acolyte and crucifer training with Deacon Jeanne. Pizza will be served at the end of the session.
